A group of people with a common purpose: to bring together a community around an inclusive technology consulting project. We return to our origins, through a sustainable corporatism strategy – work-life balance, remote work, community involvement – whose ultimate goal is the empowerment and happiness of our people. Our mission involves the decentralization of the market, the presence in the upper education centers of the interior and support the arrival in Portugal of people from Brazil, Latin America and Asia.
We are living in challenging times. Remote is not an option, it's the new norm. We are moving from big cities to the countryside, to the beach or anywhere else.
Today the result is remarkable, four years as a software developer, several projects in clients and different areas, several different technologies (from C and C++ to OutSystems) and a professional satisfaction that I never imagined reaching the day I applied for the bootcamp at < Code Academy_>. And of course, being part of this incredible project that is team.it is the highest point of this short journey so far.
Sustainability is a concept that is increasingly being part of the DNA companies, which have progressively recognized not only the importance of advising good practices, but also putting them into action within their activities. And if environmental sustainability was the starting point, during this decade there will be an expansion into other fields such as social and geographic.
