In order to fulfill its mission, team.it recognizes Quality as a key factor for the strategic and sustainable development of the company, committing itself to developing, maintaining and improving its Quality Management System, in order to:

• Ensure the collective well-being of its employees, in terms of personal and family development;
• Identify and satisfy the needs of Customers by providing an excellent service, promoting the creation of value for its customers and other stakeholders;
• Ensure permanent alignment and focus with the company's values;
• Ensure operational efficiency and process improvement, regardless of the size of its organizational structure;
• Maintain a quality management system, according to the requirements of the ISO9001 standard, in compliance with applicable legislation and contractual requirements.

Therefore, the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system constitutes a tool for the evolution of the company's activity, in order to achieve the objectives and goals defined annually.
